| Celebrate your team or group by hanging their caricature portraits
in the clubhouse or school hallways. The members pay for their picture,
you temporarily display them, and then they take them home. With your mail
order of 25 or more pictures, your organization earns $10 per person. For
example, an order of 25 team members would result in a profit of $250 back
to your program. Open up the orders to family, friends, and members of the
community to increase fundraiser profits (i.e. an order of 100 would generate
a $1,000). A minimum of 25 caricatures must be contracted for this program.
SPONSOR INSTRUCTIONS: Type your organization's name on the ORDER FORM screen below. Print. Make lots of photocopies and pass out several per person. Members may also take orders from family, friends and other individuals. Each order must contain a completed order form, 2-3 good photographs, and a check for $35 written out to your organizations (only one person pictured per caricature). The envelope should be paper cliped closed. Review all orders for clarity. Make sure photos stay with the individual's order form in separate envelopes. Take out the checks. Tape each envelope closed. Keep individual checks. Count orders and write one check counting each individual x $25 to cover all the orders. Your organization keeps $10 per person profit. Put form, photos, and check in an envelope and paper clip closed.
