The title for this drawing comes from Garry Marshall's 1990 feature film. In this drawing Julia Roberts, along with her sidekick Betty-Boop, makes a fictional début as a Mennonite lady. The practice of the woman's prayer covering comes from I Corinthians 11:2-16.

EMAIL: "I found tremendously amusing the drawing of Julia Roberts and Betty Boop with traditional Mennonite head covering and dress. Quite a change for the little "Boop-Oop-Pah-Doop" girl, who, in her original form, was a little girl dog." -Sue Palmer (Portland, OR)
